More than a documentary, The Beat of the Heart is a tribute to the individuals, educators, musicians, churches, schools, organizations, mentors, families, and community leaders whose dedication has shaped generations through the transformative power of music and education. Through original musical compositions, live performances, historical storytelling, and personal interviews, the project seeks to preserve the voices and experiences of those whose contributions have often gone unrecognized. Each interview provides an opportunity to capture authentic stories, celebrate diverse perspectives, and document the lasting influence that community members have had on the cultural and educational landscape of Palm Beach County.
